The Village at Western Oaks is a Southwest Austin neighborhood that provides a wide range of choices for today's homebuyers. Located about 10 miles from downtown Austin, this neighborhood is in a prime location, nestled between Slaughter Lane and William Cannon, just west of MoPac.

The Village at Western Oaks was first developed in 1978, with homes built every year except 1981 and 1985. No new homes have been built since 2005, so the homes have an older style. The Veloway, a 3.1 mile asphalt track for bicycling and rollerblading, is on the same street.
