Make sure to choose one from the list and from there complete the required number of hours.

fy for the state exam so make sure you study hard and review all the real estate concepts and sales strategies you have learned from your school. After passing the final exam given by your chosen school, the next step is to visit your local real estate division once again and ask that you be scheduled for a state exam. You will need to present a proof that you indeed passed the final test of your school and completed the pre-requisite hours before they allow you to take the state exam. Once everything is settled, expect to be given a date for the state exam and a seat number.

The real estate state exam is normally 200-300 multiple-choice type of test and in order for you to pass it, you need to get a result of at least 75%. Otherwise, you fail. A report card containing the problematic subject areas will be given to those prospective agents who failed. One needs to review the suggested subject areas before retaking the exam. Prospective agents who passed the state exam, on the other hand, will be given a congratulatory letter containing the next step that needs to be done which is the background check. A partner company of your local real estate division will investigate your background for any criminal records. If you pass their investigation, you will be given the clearance to start applying to a real estate brokerage firm. Once hired and accepted, the brokerage firm will be the one to process your real estate license so you can start working immediately as a licensed agent.

Becoming a real estate agent is not at all hard. Just make sure you study hard and pass both exams. By doing so, you already assure yourself a spot in the real estate industry.
