Better check your local real estate commission regarding the number of hours you need to fulfill and their recognized schools. Avoid studying in a school that is not authorized because you might end up with a denied licensing application.
There are two types of realtor license classes, one is traditional training, which is akin to a traditional classroom setting, and the other one is virtual or online training. Depending on your availability daily, you may choose either the traditional training or online training. Traditional training requires that you attend classes for a number of days in a week in a physical place. Though you can definit
