People who are looking for Laguna Beach real estate are often surprised by how many different types of homes are available here. With most of the homes being custom, it is hard to find two homes that are even vaguely similar. People can choose from several different areas depending on if they want a spectacular view or if they want to be within walking distance of the beach.
Homes here commonly go for the multimillions of dollars. Location is a big part of the price tag because of the nearness to the beach but also the reputation of the community in general. The homes may also have unique finishes or designs that make them more attractive than the standard tract house generally found in most areas of Orange County.
