Clustering classes is a common technique used by those who have limited time throughout the day or evening for classes, or for those who have a very specific time frame in which to take classes. By clustering your classes as close together as possible, you can have your daily classes over with by a certain time daily, helping you spend more block time in class and more block time after class for studying or homework. Having virtually no breaks in between classes ensures you do not waste that time doing something other than class-related study.

In today's job market in real estate, it is important to participate in activities while in school that both promote the building of your skills as a professional and your future career as a realtor. In scheduling your classes it is important to take a look at what activities you may wish to participate in, whether it be a club with a real estate focus or an internship at a local firm to help you gain experience. If you know what you'll be interested in, try to leave time in your schedule of real estate license classes to be able to participate fully without major time restraints.
More Days in a Row is Better
Though it is entirely possible and sometimes preferred by people who have a full-time job to cluster your classes on two or three days of the week rather than going five days, it is not always the best idea.
